in 1971. After 3 years mixed practice in Kent he joined the Endell
Veterinary Group in 1974, becoming a partner in 1978.
His
areas of interest and expertise are in reproductive health including
artificial insemination, neonatal care and general medicine.

Jan
Puzio BVetMed MRCVS

Jan
is a 1974 graduate of the Royal Veterinary College: University of
London. After two years mixed practice in Wales and Hampshire, he
moved to North America. There he worked exclusively in a brood mare
and race track practice in New Jersey.
He
joined the Endell Veterinary Group in 1978 and became a partner
in 1980.
His
area of interest and expertise are in treating lameness and poor
performance in racehorses and competition horses as well as reproductive
equine health and ultrasonography.

Richard
Parker MA VetMB CertEP
CertES(Orth) MRCVS |

Richard
graduated from Cambridge School of Veterinary Science in 1997.
He has obtained a certificate in equine practice and more recently
a certificate in orthopaedic surgery. Richard has expertise and
interests in all aspects of equine surgery and is an integral part
of the surgical team. |

Jill
Carpenter MA MSc VetMB CertVR FRCVS |

Jill
graduated from the University of Cambridge in 1989. She then spent
two years as a house surgeon at Liverpool University. That followed
with a three year residency in ENT surgery at the University of
Bristol.
She
gained an FRCVS in ENT surgery, a certificate in veterinary radiology
and a MSc in the ageing of horses by dentition. In 1995 she joined
the Endell Veterinary Group. Her interests and expertise are in
ENT investigation and surgery, colic surgery, anaesthesia and radiography. |

Rebecca
Hamilton-Fletcher BVSc(hons) MRCVS |

Rebecca
graduated from Bristol University in 1983. She worked in mixed practice
in Bedfordshire, before spending a year as a resident vet at a large
racing establishment.
She then moved to Salisbury, where she spent several years running
the equine department at Avon Lodge Veterinary Practice, eventually
taking it over herself as Woodlands Equine Practice. At the beginning
of 2003 she merged with Endell Veterinary Group.
Rebecca
enjoys all aspects of first opinion work involved with the general
performance/pleasure horse. |

Emma Houghton BVetMed MRCVS |
 |
Emma graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2006. Following this she completed an internship at Bell Equine in Kent where she was involved with a high medical and surgical caseload. She then spent a period of time at a stud practice in Queensland, Australia before joining us in November 2007.
She enjoys all areas of first opinion work but has particular interest in stud medicine and anaesthesia. |

Hani Milstein MA VetMB CertES(Orth) MRCVS |

Hani graduated from Cambridge University in 2001. After working in equine practice in Essex for 3 years, she travelled to Australia in 2004 to work with thoroughbred racehorses in training at Randwick Equine Centre, Sydney. Her roles involved racetrack work and sole charge of NSW Equine Quarantine. In 2005 she returned to the UK to join Bell Equine in Kent and develop the thoroughbred flat racing side of the practice.
Hani joined the Endell Veterinary Group in 2008. Her areas of interest include equine sports medicine, lameness investigation and diagnostic imaging and she has obtained a Certificate in Equine Surgery-Orthopaedics. |

Charlotte Shepherd BSc BVetMed MRCVS |

Charlotte graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2003. She then worked in general equine practice in Hertfordshire before moving to Dorset. In Dorset she continued to further her interests in all aspects of equine practice.
Charlotte joined the Endell Veterinary Group in 2008. She is looking forward to getting her teeth into life at EVG, especially the stud medicine work. She is currently studying for a certificate in equine practice. |

Francesca Caporelli DVM MRCVS |

After graduating from Perugia University, Italy in 2002, Francesca spent two years in equine practice. During this time she was particularly involved with endurance horses and was part of the veterinary team at two Endurance World Championships.
In 2004 she undertook an orthopaedic and surgery externship at Texas A&M University where she worked predominantly with western riding and racing Quarter Horses. After completing an internship in equine medicine and surgery at Barcelona University, Spain she joined the surgery department at Helsinki University, Finland, where she gained experience in sports medicine and treadmill investigation of the upper airway. In 2007 she gained a place at the prestigious Ghent University, Belgium as an intern in equine surgery and medical imaging.
Francesca joined the Endell Veterinary Group in 2008. Her areas of interest include lameness and diagnostic imaging and she looks forward to helping develop the bone-scanning unit. |
